Should you purchase a design and opt not to use one of these hosting providers to host your website, unless otherwise arranged your template and graphics will be emailed to you in a zipped file attachment and you will be solely responsible for all coding and installation to your web host. Sorry, no technical support can be provided when you are not hosting with one of our web hosting providers.
• Templates and graphics may not be resold, redistributed, shared, duplicated, transferred to another party or claimed as your own, in part or as a whole.
• Any template, graphics, logos, buttons and/or backgrounds which are created by BoutiqueMama.com may not be modified in any way without permission. All graphic images must be used and displayed as they were delivered to you.
• E-Commerce, eBay Storefront, Auction and About Me Page templates are to be used for the exact purpose they were intended for. For example, if you purchase an web template you may not use it for your eBay storefront or auction, or for another website, or if you purchase an auction template you may not use it for your eBay storefront, etc. 
• Graphic designs may not be duplicated in printable form.
• Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we are unable to issue refunds after the product has been delivered.
• BoutiqueMama.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, based on our own judgement. Please, family friendly sellers only.
