Payments and Refunds
Payments are accepted safely and securely through Paypal or Google Checkout.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued, before or after product has been delivered. Refunds will be given only deemed as necessary by BoutiqueMama.com. Store credit will be issued is situations whereas a customer has a change of heart or needs to postpone production. Please note that our refunds policy is strictly enforced.

By purchasing a BoutiqueMama.com template you agree that the html and graphic images are copyrighted by BoutiqueMama.com and licensed to you as a single user. All BoutiqueMama.com products are copyrighted property and are licensed, not sold to you.
BoutiqueMama.com templates and images are for PERSONAL use only and templates and images are not to be used for commercial gain.
These files are licensed to the purchaser's computer only and are not to be shared, loaned, rented, resold, distributed, transferred or claimed as your own, in part or in full.
Any template, graphics, logos, buttons and/or backgrounds which are created by BoutiqueMama.com may not be modified in any way without express consent from BoutiqueMama.com. All graphic images must be used and displayed as they were delivered to you.
All BoutiqueMama.com templates are to be used for the exact purpose they were intended for. For example, if you purchase an web template you may not use it for your eBay storefront or auction, or for another website, or if you purchase an auction template you may not use it for your eBay storefront, etc. You may not use the template graphics to create collages, banners, or print design materials.
BoutiqueMama.com is not responsible for any errors caused by changes or modifications being made to any of our designs or templates by the client or any third party. Repairs made by BoutiqueMama.com to any such errors will incur charges at a rate of $50 per hour.
Products and Services
Unless otherwise stated, all BoutiqueMama.com designs are sold as-is, with no color changes or alterations outside of what is described on the product listing. Customization requests will incur an additional fee and should be requested prior to purchase.
The purchase of a BoutiqueMama.com design does not include the addition of categories, products, photos or text.
The purchase of a BoutiqueMama.com design does not include the release of layered .psd files.
